1. Who we are

Witch Room is a digital platform offering personalised tarot readings, generated through a digital process of symbolic interpretation and delivered by email. We operate at witchroom.com. By using our site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the service

The readings serve a spiritual, symbolic and reflective purpose. They're a tool for self-knowledge and contemplation, and do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. No card, ritual or interpretation contained in a reading constitutes a diagnosis, prescription, professional opinion or guaranteed prediction.

3. No guarantees

We don't promise specific outcomes: no romantic reconciliation, financial gain, physical or emotional healing, favourable legal decision, or absolute prediction of the future. Any action taken based on a reading is the sole responsibility of the person who receives it.

4. Minimum age

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. By purchasing a reading, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (A$) and may be adjusted at any time; the amount charged is always the one shown at the time of purchase. We accept card payments subject to gateway availability.

6. Delivery

The reading is delivered digitally within a few hours of payment confirmation, to the email address you registered. You can also access your readings at any time under "My account" on the site.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: (a) submit questions involving third parties without their consent; (b) attempt to manipulate or harm other people; (c) seek advice for critical health, legal or financial decisions without consulting an appropriate professional. In situations involving risk to life, contact CVV, Brazil's suicide-prevention helpline, on 188.

9. Intellectual property

The "Witch Room" brand, the site's content, illustrations and the base text of the readings are protected. The personalised reading delivered to you is for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed commercially.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Witch Room is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use (or inability to use) the readings. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the reading in question.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you agree to the updated version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be settled in the consumer's local court, in accordance with Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
